The Refund Policy below is for any player, person, or family involved with the GRB RAYS Organization. The Refund Policy is part of the “Player/Parent Agreement”.
The Refund Policy is as follows:
* Upon acceptance of a roster spot, the parents of the player agree to fulfill the payment plan or complete payment on set dates. Dates are established each year according to the needs of the organization.
* By accepting the roster spot, family is responsible for the full payment fee, regardless of the payment dates.
* There are no refunds for anyone wishing to leave the organization prior to the completion of the season.
* Termination due to breach of the player/parent agreement will result in no refund.
* By signing the Player/Parent Agreement, family agrees to the details of the Refund Policy.
