Give Back in Style! The GRB Holiday Give Back Collection was created as a way to help support several causes within our community while also showing your GRB fandom. TEN PERCENT of all proceeds from the GRB Holiday Give Back Collection will go to select organizations in our community that contribute to making a difference in the lives of people who need it the most.

Each unique holiday shirt design has a corresponding organization or cause that will benefit from your purchase and on December 1st each year, GRB Academy will be making a donation in the amount of 10% of all proceeds from each t-shirt sale. Below is a list of organizations that we will be helping support:

Toys for Tots

The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. This assistance includes providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Program, raising funds to provide toys to supplement the collections of local Toys for Tots Campaigns, to provide promotional and support material and defray the costs of conducting annual Toys for Tots Campaigns.

Wounded Warrior Project

The mission of Wounded Warrior Project is to honor and empower wounded warriors. Our purpose is: to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women; to help severely injured service members aid and assist each other; and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of severely injured service members.

Miracle League of Dane County

The Miracle League of Dane County will provide an opportunity for children with cognitive and/or physical disabilities to play America’s favorite pastime-baseball. Imagine, these children hitting a ball, making their way around the bases, crossing home plate, scoring a run, and making an amazing catch. These moments will forever impact them and their families. It will allow them to experience joy like they never have before and know that this can only happen with the help of all of you.

American Heart Association

The American Heart Association is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. To improve the lives of all Americans, we provide public health education in a variety of ways. We’re the nation’s leader in CPR education training. We help people understand the importance of healthy lifestyle choices. We provide science-based treatment guidelines to healthcare professionals to help them provide quality care to their patients. We educate lawmakers, policymakers and the public as we advocate for changes to protect and improve the health of our communities.

UW Health American Family Children’s Hospital

American Family Children’s Hospital is an 87-bed comprehensive pediatric medical and surgical center specializing in the most advanced medical care for children of all ages. Nearly 300 University of Wisconsin-Madison pediatricians and pediatric surgeons – many of whom are nationally or internationally known for their clinical research – provide remarkable care for our young patients. Our current facility, which is connected to University Hospital, opened in 2007, and offers patients and families a modern, yet intimate and comforting environment for healing.

Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Assistance Fund

The Komen Fund provides financial assistance to individuals diagnosed with breast cancer and for those seeking breast health services as recommended by a medical provider, who reside in or receive treatment in 22 counties in Wisconsin, who are at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Livestrong Foundation

The Livestrong Foundation believes that unity is strength, knowledge is power and attitude is everything. Our programs, awareness events and advocacy work are the heart of what we do and our leaders and donors provide both the vision and the support for us to carry out our mission. Since 1997, we’ve been working to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. We started as a small group trying to raise money to fight this disease. As cancer has quietly become the world’s leading cause of death, our work has expanded and now reaches every corner of the globe. We empower the cancer community to address the unmet needs of cancer survivors.

MACC Fund

MACC Fund supported research has had a significant impact. We’ve helped increase the five-year survival rate for all types of childhood cancer rates from 20% when the MACC Fund began to 80% today… but the battle is far from over, we still have work to do. Thanks to our generous donors, participants, and volunteers, the MACC Fund has contributed nearly $70 MILLION DOLLARS to childhood cancer and related blood disorders research. Our goal is to cure the MACC Fund out of existence. Your support of critical research impacts children throughout the country and the world. Successful protocols developed in Wisconsin have become the standard for patient care across not only the United States – but around the world.
