Description: This 90 minute workout is designed to challenge pitchers both physically and mentally. Pitchers will work on perfecting mechanics, gaining power, and controlling the speed, location, and movement of the ball. Through competitive drills and games, pitchers will build confidence and improve their mental game by learning how to make adjustments under pressure and deal with adversity. Pitchers who are gearing up for their upcoming season or who are just committed to improving their skills will all benefit from this comprehensive pitching workout.
